We are so happy to have a great many new
neighbors. Some of you have shared a concern in regenerating our Meadow Creek
Ranch Homeowner’s Association (M.C.R.H.O.A.) with awesome ideas for the future
of our neighborhood. As the weather warms and we start spending more time
outside, be sure to say hello to your neighbors.
Kudos
Thanks to the Kobe Family for repainting the
Meadow Creek Ranch letters at the front entrance.
Thanks also to Greg and Maria Sharp for helping
clean the rock walls at the front entrance.
It is amazing what a difference it made!
Status
of Vice President
Our current out-going Vice President Betty
Lamb is looking for a successor. The Lamb’s are moving and a replacement is
needed immediately. Please call either Charlie Wright (894-0117) or
Joanne Thomas (894-0581) if you are interested
in this job.
Notice
A public meeting regarding the expansion of
Sawyer Ranch Road will be held in the Board Room of the Dripping Springs I.S.D.
Administration Building March 24 at 7 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to
discuss the present preliminary schematic of the roadway to you and solicit
your input and comments on the project.
Neighborhood Beautification Meeting
Last summer a new committee was formed so that
interested neighbors could plan and implement ways in which to make
Meadow Creek Ranch more attractive.
A long list of brainstormed ideas was made. Most
of the ideas reference the front entrance and the mailbox area. Attendees
decided to act upon the ideas that were not costly, but might make a
difference. Many of the ideas were tabled due to little known information on
the expansion of Sawyer Ranch Road and how that may pertain to our entrance.
Most of the list (see the website for a copy) will be voted on at the next
M.C.R.H.O.A. meeting.
Neighborhood Picnic
We would like for one of the new neighbors to
host the next neighborhood potluck/meeting. Please call Joanne Thomas at
894-0581 to volunteer.
Architectural Committee
James Bailey is the current leader of the
architectural committee and he is seeking committee members. This would require
only occassional meetings to discuss any new building plans in
Meadow Creek Ranch.
Dues
Letters
Dues letters are going out soon. Please pay them on time to
avoid late
fees and possible liens.
Eggstravaganza
If you need farm-fresh eggs, give Joanne Thomas (894-0581) or
Angie Zalewski (858-7600) a call. They will sell them for $1.50
a
dozen.
Neighborhood

We are attempting to compile an updated phone list for the
